We guarantee ‘No Matting’ for our entire Virgin Remy line. This hair is truly is the best available wholesale hair in the world, and one of the only truly Virgin Remy hair in existence, and will never Matte. Exchanges are granted only if “Proven Matting” occurs. Matting means you can not comb through the hair continuously.

However, we do Not guarantee No shedding or No Tangling. All hair tangles and sheds to a certain degree, especially if dirty or improperly cared for. Remember Virgin Remy hair is, real cuticle layer intact hair, which needs to be constantly conditioned and cared for. Please see our Tips for Care.

Hair can NOT be returned if it is not your desired color, texture, or length. Please always ensure you order correctly.

Prior to installing hair:

  • You Must rinse and condition your hair (before and after it is applied)

  • You will know immediately after washing if the hair piece has any issues.

In general, due to the nature of our products, there is a No Refund / Exchange Only Policy. Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase.

We’ll send you a fresh order upon receipt of exchanged hair. Any difference will be charged or credited, with an additional $20 per piece restocking fee + a $10 re-shipment fee. Please print and enclose the original invoice/receipt with your return shipment.
